The E1 studio starts at $1,330 per month. This is the Total Monthly Leasing Price, which includes base rent plus all fixed, mandatory monthly fees. Circuit is located at 2424 Capitol Street, Houston, TX 77003, in the East Downtown (EaDo) neighborhood. Shell Energy Stadium is right across the street, about 2 minutes away. Discovery Green is about 4 minutes away, and Daikin Park and the restaurants along Navigation Blvd are each about 5 minutes away. METRORail access is two blocks from the community. What is Essential Housing, and who qualifies for the E1A studio?
Circuit sets aside a portion of its homes for Houston's Essential Housing Program. Floor plans ending in "A," such as E1A, are Essential Housing homes. Households earning no more than 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI) may apply. Income limits are $56,650 per year for a 1-person household and $64,750 per year for a 2-person household. Every household member 18 or older must complete an application and provide 4 weeks of pay stubs, and additional documents may be required. Is parking available?
Yes. Circuit offers reserved parking and open parking at no cost in its multi-level parking garage, though additional fees may apply. Guest parking is free, and guests must register their vehicles. EV charging stations are not available at this time.
What are the lease terms?
Circuit does not offer short-term leases. All leases require a 60-day notice to vacate, and renter's insurance is required. You can get a renter's insurance quote here. For questions about early lease termination, please contact the leasing office.
Which utilities and internet providers serve Circuit?
Electricity is provided by Reliant or TXU, and water is provided by the City of Houston. AT&T is the available cable and internet provider.
When is rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month and is considered late on the 6th. Residents can pay online through the resident portal.
Is smoking allowed?
No. Circuit is a non-smoking community, including inside all apartments.
Does Circuit offer any discounts?
Circuit does not offer a preferred employer discount at this time. Current residents can earn a $750 referral bonus for eligible referrals. Ask a team member for details.
How do I apply or schedule a tour?
To apply, choose a studio on the floor plans page and apply online. To see the community, schedule a tour or call (866) 515-5889. The leasing office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and is closed on Sunday.
